Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure our office functions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative to improve functionality.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support to leadership and team members
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
· Organize and maintain office inventory using accurate filing systems
· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
· Assist with logistics for conferences, workshops and team gatherings
· Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace
· Support onboarding of new employees
Qualifications & Skills
· 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
· Strong problem-solving skills and proactive
· Experience in bookkeeping is an asset
