As an Agriculture Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI model performance by authoring, reviewing, and annotating technical tasks focused on agricultural sciences. This position involves creating original problem sets based on crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery, as well as writing reference solutions and conducting structured quality checks.

• Produce original problem sets grounded in agricultural data.
• Write reference solutions for evaluation tasks.
• Conduct structured quality checks to ensure task accuracy and relevance.

• PhD in Agricultural Sciences or a related field, **or** MS in Agricultural Sciences with 3+ years of applied research, extension, or industry experience, **or** BS in Agricultural Sciences with 5+ years of applied farming, extension, or agribusiness experience.
• Working fluency in at least two of the following areas: agronomy, soil science, animal science, agricultural economics, plant pathology.
• Ability to read and interpret crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly in written form.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The role is fully remote and compensated on an hourly basis.

The starting rate is $72 per hour, with the potential for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
