Salary Compensation: $24.00 Salary to $26.00 Salary Duties: * Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to safety standards. * Develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas needing repair or improvement. * Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain low voltage systems. * Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and planning repairs. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs performed. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance. * Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
