What You'll Do:Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units and geographic locations
Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruiting best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing partners and agencies
Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Contribute innovative ideas and process improvements to support national hiring initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based environments
Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations
Strong experience utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement
