Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require 2 to 3 years of experience designing and programming web-based solutions.
  • We need hands-on expertise with ASP.NET C# and/or PHP for extending CMS, eCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • We require strong JavaScript skills, including experience with libraries such as jQuery.
  • We require relational database experience, specifically SQL/MySQL.
  • We expect working knowledge of object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks.
  • Experience with MV*JS frameworks such as Angular and React is preferred.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors is preferred.
  • We require PHP experience.
  • Experience with CMS development in Drupal, WordPress, and Umbraco is preferred.
  • Experience working in both Windows and LAMP server environments is required.
  • We need someone who learns quickly and can work independently or collaboratively.
  • The role requires the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-profile projects are required.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
  • We require a high school diploma or GED; a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A degree or certificate in Web Development, or equivalent, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • We analyze, design, develop, test, and implement our platform technology and interactive web-based solutions.
  • We build C# and PHP applications and develop back-end services that support client-facing components.
  • We collaborate with our creative design staff and clients to shape the interface and user experience for e-commerce sites, interactive storefronts, and web-to-print interfaces.
  • We become knowledgeable about our storefront development solutions and serve as an information resource for our team.
  • We create original code and, when needed, coordinate external resources to support technical development under leadership guidance.
  • We ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and follow established quality control standards from project start to finish.
  • We participate in launch meetings with web development, customer service, sales, fulfillment, and other relevant teams.
  • We support teammates in achieving project goals by offering constructive feedback and helping resolve issues promptly.
  • We apply effective web programming and design practices and stay current with emerging tools, trends, and techniques.
  • We maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and operational standards.
  • We work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
