Job Title: Field Service Technician Gutter & Window Cleaning

Job Overview:
We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Field Service Technician to perform gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and other exterior maintenance services
at residential and commercial properties. This role involves working at heights and traveling between job sites, so safety and reliability are essential.
Requirements:
Valid Working at Heights certificate (mandatory)
Must own a reliable vehicle
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor
Experience:
Previous experience in gutter cleaning or window cleaning preferred
Experience using ladders, safety harnesses, and cleaning tools is an asset
Primary Skills:
Gutter cleaning and maintenance
Window cleaning (residential & commercial)
Safe work practices at heights
Equipment handling and basic maintenance
Physical endurance and attention to detail
Secondary Skills:
Time management and ability to follow job schedules
Good communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving on-site
Ability to work independently and within a team
Familiarity with exterior cleaning tools and techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Perform gutter cleaning and ensure proper drainage
Clean windows efficiently and streak-free
Inspect and report any maintenance issues
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Travel to multiple job sites as assigned
Work Schedule:
No fixed shift schedule varies based on daily assignments
