Our client, an emerging private equity investment firm focused on critical infrastructure sectors, is looking for a founding CFO to design, build, and lead the fund finance function.
This is a highly hands-on opportunity for a finance leader with experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or institutional asset management, someone ready to create institutional-quality infrastructure from day one.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the CFO will be central to investor confidence, regulatory compliance, and the firm’s expansion into additional investment vehicles. The platform also includes a community/give-back element, making strong judgment, integrity, and clear communication essential.

Base Salary
$280,000 – $300,000 USD (depending on experience and geography).
