Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned production tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
• Handle materials and support workflow throughout the production process
• Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet specifications
• Package finished products and assist with general production support activities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and respect in the workplace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
