Step onto the floor, run your safety checks, and ready the line. As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you’ll keep production moving by setting up and monitoring equipment, assembling and packaging to spec, and teaming up with coworkers to hit daily targets. You’ll thrive in our hands-on, fast-paced environment where your focus on quality directly shapes the products that leave our facility in Godfrey, IL.

What you’ll handle

• Run and monitor production machinery for steady, efficient operation.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep your station clean, orderly, and audit-ready.
• Assemble components and package finished goods to defined specifications.
• Complete in-process and final quality checks to meet company standards.
• Work closely with teammates to meet throughput goals and shipping deadlines.
• Promptly escalate equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and knowledge.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment operation.
