Become part of the core Urban Organic's FOH onsite team. You'll have an opportunity to learn internal processes, practices and become part of our team building effort. Event Servers do it all and contribute to the entire guest experience, including setting up tables, serving multiple courses, clearing dishes, and cleaning up afterward. They must be highly attentive, professional, and physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying trays. Strong English communication skills are essential for detailing menu offerings and providing high-level guest assistance.

Employment Type: On-Call 

Compensation: Hourly ($28.00 - $33.00, based on experience) 

Schedule: Varies based on events and availability; typical shifts average 6-10 hours.

This position is focused on executing exceptional service at off-site events. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of guest interaction and event maintenance, from initial setup to final breakdown.

• Event setup / breakdown
• Passing hors d'oeuvres

• Experience: 1-2 years of required experience, with a preference for catering, events/hospitality, restaurant service, or fine dining backgrounds.
• Physical: Ability to carry trays, lift 25+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.

• Customer Service: Focused on high-level guest interaction and satisfaction.
• Hospitality Mindset: Natural ability to make others feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
• Effective Communication: Ability to articulately describe menu items and respond to guest inquiries in English.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Working seamlessly with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure a successful event.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards for event setup, service pacing, and overall flow.
• Adaptability: Staying calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced event environment.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations: Ensuring all service and storage practices meet health standards.
