POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales - Air Compressor Systems COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary DOE + bonus BENEFITS: Standard package LOCATION: Chicago, IL SUMMARY: A role that is critical in making sure our customers get the plant utilities they need to keep plants operating and optimizing production.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management and Hunting sales activity Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals Selling equipment rentals and services to our commercial sales customers Developing medium-to-long-term sales plans Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of direct sales experience selling to Petrochemical and Refinery customers Entrepreneurial Mindset Must possess a sales hunter mindset Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience ***PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
