We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team. This role involves canning products efficiently for shipment.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift - 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the packaging line for canning products.
• Perform general production tasks including labeling, picking, and inspection.
• Ensure products are packed correctly and ready for distribution.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for over 10 hours during shifts.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in general labor tasks including labeling, picking, and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus for permanent roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Framingham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
