Salary: $118,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in QA and ETL Testing
• Significant expertise in Database Testing
• Proficiency in QA Automation techniques (essential)
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing and automation tools (required)
• In-depth knowledge of various ETL testing types: Data Accuracy, Data Completeness, Data Quality, Metadata & Transformation Testing, Initial & Incremental Load Testing
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation
• Solid comprehension of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Facts & Dimensions)
• Established background in the Retail sector (marketing and backend systems)
• Comprehensive understanding of QA processes and testing lifecycle
• Experience in collaborating with Onsite-Offshore teams and effectively coordinating with stakeholders

• Lead and oversee QA teams in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model
• Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and industry best practices
• Analyze requirements and create detailed Test Plans
• Develop and implement ETL test cases, test scripts, and validation strategies
• Verify data integrity, mappings, transformations, and loading procedures
• Conduct database testing utilizing advanced SQL queries for data validation
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
• Implement and utilize AI-based automation in testing workflows
• Collaborate closely with data architects and engineering teams for data validation and quality assurance
• Engage in end-to-end testing of retail marketing and backend systems
