Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support recruiting efforts within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and great at keeping people and processes moving.

The Recruiting Coordinator will play an important part in supporting the full recruiting process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, recruiting operations, and onboarding coordination. This person will work closely with internal leaders and candidates to help create a smooth, polished, and positive recruiting experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate phone screens, Zoom interviews, and in-person meetings
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process in a timely and professional manner
  • Support recruiters and hiring leaders with scheduling, follow-up, and recruiting logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in internal systems
  • Assist with job postings, candidate pipeline management, and recruiting support tasks
  • Track recruiting progress and help maintain reporting as needed
  • Help coordinate onboarding steps for new hires
  • Support recruiting events, networking opportunities, and talent attraction efforts
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a strong candidate and new hire experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting support, talent acquisition, or a related role
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, sales recruiting, or another professional environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presence and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms
  • Someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • $65,000 to $70,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Additional benefits available

Location

This role can be based in Roseville, CA or Pleasanton, CA .
