Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Sales Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, managing schedules, organizing communication, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry. Additionally, the Sales Administrative Assistant will interact with clients to support excellent customer service and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, organizing, and managing office operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Experience or a background in Sales, with the ability to support sales-related activities and documentation
  • Accurate Data Entry skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage spreadsheets and databases
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative or office management are advantageous
