Full-Time | Paid Training | Baltimore, MD

Training: 6 weeks, fully remote

Post training location: Baltimore, MD (On-site, 5 days per week)

Salary: $70,000 during training, increasing to $85,000 after completion

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Build integrations using REST APIs, web services, and mid server components
  • Develop high-quality code including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow environments
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices across the platform

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities who meet one of the following education and experience paths.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • STEM Master's degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience (GPA must be higher than 3.2)

Relevant experience may include Service Desk work, ServiceNow administration or usage, helpdesk roles, IT support, systems administration, software development, IT operations, or similar technical roles.

Key Skills

  • Familiarity with backend or full-stack technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Java
  • Strong JavaScript knowledge

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with ITSM or CSM modules
  • Understanding of ITOM
