Position Description:
We are hiring a Youth Soccer Coach & Futsal Director to lead our U9 and U10 Pre-MLS NEXT squads and oversee our youth futsal program in the Charlotte area.
This role is focused on high-quality player development at the foundation phase, combining structured outdoor training with a strong futsal component. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate sessions, managing matchdays, and creating a positive, disciplined environment for young players.
In addition to team coaching, this position will lead the design and delivery of our futsal program. This includes organizing training, leagues, and events, while integrating futsal principles into the overall player pathway.
Strong communication and organizational ability are essential. The role requires consistent interaction with players, parents, and club leadership, as well as collaboration with other coaches to ensure alignment across age groups. The candidate must also be capable of supporting and mentoring assistant coaches while maintaining club standards and culture.
