Job Description

Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in either Washington, DC

The organization seeks an executive coach to influence senior leaders and guide change across technology and delivery functions. The role will shape how AI affects software development and Agile PMO governance while advancing portfolio principles and value delivery. The coach will partner with work owners to define incremental, measurable outcomes and align priorities to strategy and capacity.

Rate: $105.00 to $115.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Influence executives and line leaders to drive organizational change.
  • Shape the impact of AI on software development and Agile PMO governance practices.
  • Coach work owners to articulate incremental and measurable value delivery.
  • Champion portfolio principles of strategic alignment, capacity transparency, and work prioritization.
  • Operate in a hybrid model in Washington, DC with occasional meetings in Reston, VA.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven success influencing executives and line leaders through change.
  • Track record defining AI-enabled strategies for software development and Agile PMO governance.
  • Experience coaching teams and work owners to define measurable, incremental value outcomes.
  • Background implementing portfolio management principles including strategic alignment, capacity transparency, and work prioritization.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC three days per week with occasional travel to Reston, VA.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
