Overview
Vaco/Highspring has been engaged by a Nationally Recognized Industry Leader to identify a Regional HR leader supporting a large, multi-state field operation. The role aligns directly with the company's national HR and Talent strategy, partnering closely with both corporate leadership and on-site operations teams. This search is managed in coordination with the company's corporate HR and Talent teams to support a multi-state field organization.
Sr. Director, Regional HR-West Coast Field Ops will lead people operations and workforce strategy across multiple states, working closely with corporate HR leadership and field operations to strengthen engagement, retention, compliance, and labor relations in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Growth Opportunity: HR leaders with prior experience supporting several locations or managing HR teams will find this role offers expanded scale, visibility, and impact across the West Coast Region of the United States.
