We specialize in European, luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles, offering expert service, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, detailing, transport, and vehicle management solutions.

We are growing and looking for a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, efficiency, and doing things the right way.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident working on European and high-end vehicles, can perform advanced diagnostics and repairs independently, and understands the level of care and professionalism required when working on enthusiast and collector cars.

This is not an entry-level or general service role. We are looking for someone who can diagnose complex issues, execute repairs properly, and help uphold a high standard of technical excellence within the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, suspension, cooling, engine, and performance-related issues
• Perform repairs and services with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and accuracy
• Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs or preventative maintenance
• Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools and service information systems
• Complete work orders and document findings clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support quality control and final verification of completed repairs
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure an excellent client experience
• Help mentor or guide less experienced technicians when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience working on European vehicles
• Is comfortable with classic, high-end, performance, and exotic cars
• Can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles without excessive supervision
• Takes pride in clean workmanship and attention to detail
• Understands that working on specialty vehicles requires patience, care, and accountability
• Is dependable, organized, and professional
• Wants to grow with a company that is building something different in the automotive space

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (preferred)
• Strong experience with European brands is a plus, such as:

• Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz AMG

• Ferrari, Maserati

• Aston Martin, Lotus

• Bentley / Rolls-Royce / Lamborghini / McLaren

• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
• Engine, suspension, cooling system, electrical, engine repair, transmission repair and A/C systems
• Experience with classic cars, performance vehicles or enthusiast builds is a strong plus
• ASE certifications are a plus, but real-world skill and experience matter most

What is required to apply:
