Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team, providing essential support in managing human capital functions across diverse organizational settings. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with a broad range of employees and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, and conducting interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  • Manage employee records with meticulous data entry into HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate employee evaluation procedures and performance management initiatives to promote professional development.
  • Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration and workers' compensation claims processing.
  • Assist in compliance activities related to employment & labor law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and change management strategies.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries professionally and mediating conflicts effectively.
  • Contribute to HR sourcing efforts by leveraging social media platforms and other channels to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities such as organization design, succession planning, and workforce management initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics using tools like Salesforce or Paychex for data collection and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a focus on HR sourcing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; experience with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with data collection tools like Salesforce or Paychex; proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to organizational changes through effective change management techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
