We're searching for a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Development to lead a $1.9M unrestricted revenue plan, manage a major gifts portfolio, and play a key role in the Give to Grow Capital Campaign — all while building authentic relationships with donors, families, and community partners.
You'll partner closely with the CEO and board, lead a three-person development team, and bring both high-level thinking and hands-on execution to every aspect of the work.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 plus comprehensive benefits
