Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On Leadership Role)

Direct Hire | Troy, MI

$60,000–$65,000 + Straight-Time Overtime

We’re hiring a Working Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and take ownership of team performance, workflow, and overall warehouse execution.

This role requires a strong leader who can hold a team accountable, stay organized, and maintain a high standard of accuracy , while working alongside the team on the floor.

This is a 50/50 role. You will supervise and direct the team while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure productivity expectations are met
• Hold team members accountable to standards, quality, and timelines
• Identify workflow issues and step in to keep operations on track
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and consistency across all warehouse activities
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading as needed
• Enforce safety standards and address issues immediately
• Work side-by-side with the team to drive results

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead a team, enforce expectations, and drive accountability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
• Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role (not office-based)
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience
• Straight-time overtime paid for additional hours worked
